Default Annoying vibration

I having an issue with a vibration when driving around at all speeds. so I put car up on jack stands. I notice the yoke in back of the trans moves slightly up and down when drive shaft is bolted up. when shaft is unbolted I slide the yoke a lil farther in tail shaft and still moves very slightly. should that area move at all???

when I was at track last week and after shut down the car vibrates pretty bad and has like a loud hum/roar noise coming from middle/end of car.

A poly transmission mount will do that. Besides that, I would lean towards a bent DS or as mentioned above, a bad U-Joint.
