Default 4l80e Swap: Sonnax Case Cooler Line Conversion Kit
I tried to search, but I couldn't find a definite answer. Is this all I need for my factory cooler lines to fit on the 4l80e?

Depends on which year 80E you have. If you have an early model then both oil ports will be at the front of the case already.
