Default 4l80e Internal Wiring Harness Leak Cause Eletrical Problems?

I just finished my 4l80e swap into my Trans am which I then go to try and drive after deleting the codes using the Frost conversion harness and there are still codes left over. P0753, P0748, and also is in Limp mode (stuck in 2nd gear) . I then notice my harness plug on the driver side is leaking pretty steady out of it. I ordered a new harness knowing that isn't suppose to happen, but I'm wondering could this be the reason of the codes and limp mode?

I don't think a leak would cause those issues unless it's shorting out.

Is the haRNESS TOUCHING THE BODY AT ALL ,I KNOW IT IS TIGHT DOWN THERE I HAD TO CUT ALOT OUT TO GET THE HARNESS plug TO FIT?,And plugging the external harness in doesnt stop the leak its not a plug to prevent oil leaks, the internal harness has a seal on it.

I cut the square out where it goes but it is still touching . I am gonna hammer on it this time to get some more clearance now. No, I bought I new internal harness.

Also one of the codes being shift solenoid A doesn't make sense because I replaced them with brand new ones which is leading me to possibly thinking the internal harness/plug is the problem.

Alright, apparently the fluid leak was the problem. It was causing those codes come up for sure. Swapped the harness and clearances some more. Shift and lock up like it suppose to!!
