Like it says im putting a 5.3 with a th350 in a s10 2700rpm stall stock cam, carbd with 6010 ignition, accel super coils, 1 5/8 headers just basic swap stuff,
Heres the problem

Theres no bell housing guide pins for me to use what shud I do?

Do I have to have em?
I thought about just putting bolts in there

Yes you need them to get and keep everything lined up! Why does your block not have them? They are a tight press fit!!! I'm sure they are available, just get 2 and hammer them in with a dead blow or brass hammer!

What size are they? Everywhere online says .625 which is 5/8 so I bought some 5/8od pins and there way too large

TBO I'm not sure, I would think all the LS bell housing dowels are the same tho! If you have a local GM dealership close by maby they could get them for you!
