Default Tranny Flush

Have a few questions for my tranny flush im getting ready to do. Im looking to run valvoline Maxlife Dex/Merc ATF.

How many quarts does my tranny take full and complete?

What line is the return line to the cooler and the line going back to the tranny as far the the upper and lower ones on my 93 Z28 camaro?

BTW the car is a 93 Camaro Z28 with a stock 4L60E A-speed with 2.73 gear in the rear

They are both threaded 1/2-20 on the radiator side and the trans side are a push type fitting, no threads...the disconnect itself is a 1/4 ntf thread
