Default 4L80e compatibility

I am new to this site and have a question about the 4L80e. I have a 98 K2500 Silverado with the 7.4. A friend of a friend is selling a brand new in the crate GM reman part #19168328 4L80e tranny. It is for a 97-99 5.7 liter truck, etc. I have the 7.4 liter in my 98. Am I going to have problems with this? He only wants $500 bucks for it. The tranny that apparently goes to my vehicle with the 7.4 is a part #19177945. How much difference between these two transmissions? Is it just a different stall speed for converter? If someone can help, it would be great because rebuilding this puppy aint cheap.

It is a different converter and calibration in the valve body. It will work ok.
