Default 2004r > 4l80e

Looking to swap my 2004R out for a 4L80E. I have a trans but I need the harness from the trans to the stock 0411 ECM. Where are you guys getting them from? Salvage yard or is there a supplier out there. All I can find is the harness repair kit and it does not include the speed sensors or the gear selector switch connectors.

You can get a T56 to 4L80E conversion harness that you can add to your existing harness.

Thanks for the information. I will try a search for the conversion harness. I followed your post from years ago about how to run a 4l80E from a 4l60E program. It apppears that the more recent HP Tuners programs solved the 4l80E segment swap conversion issues? I am really new to the electronic portion of engine and transmission control and am trying to decide what is best for me. Obviously I can buy HP Tuners and the conversion harness and do what it takes to run the transmission from either the 4l60e or 4l80e program and have access to engine tuning or just buy a stand alone trans controller and have the engine tuned by the pros. Difficult decision because once committed it would cost plenty to reverse the decision and go the other way.
Thanks again!
