4l65 E conversion questions
What's up guys I'm curious to see what it would take wiring wise to install a 4l65E out of a 06 gto into my 2000 camaro , my car still has the t56 in it . Any help will be greatly appreciated and thanks in advanced .

The '06 4L65E is electrically compatible with a '00 4L60E.
Therefore, the many threads here on T56 to 4L60E conversion will all apply.
The biggest issue wiring wise is the getting a trans harness and pinning it into the PCM connectors. IIRC Speartech sells one for around $150.
You also need to get the PCM reprogrammed to support the 4L65E; various mail-order tuners can do that for you.
Hopefully others more familiar with the details will chime in here with links to existing threads.
