No movement after 97 4l60e warms
I just rebuilt a 97 4l60e transmission in a Z71. I replaced all steels, frictions, bearings and seals. I replaced all soleniods, and harness, I also replaced shift kit, and rebuilt pump. The only major part that I kept and used was the TC. The trans will go in to R&D, but will not shift past 1st gear,as the trans warms up I stop moving. If I turn the truck off for a min or two it will move a few hundred feet and then lose forward movement again. Is this a bad TC or something else.

One way to determine if the TC is faulty is to test if Reverse works as forward and reverse have little in common, other than the pump and a few hard parts.
However, I suspect you do have a pump/pressure problem as pressure goes down as the trans warms up. You need to connect a pressure gauge to the trans; such a gauge is about $45 on ebay or have your local trans shop hook one up.
Did you remember the screen/filter on the side of the pump?
Did you remember the o-ring under the rotor?

We just had another thread where the OP reported intermittently losing all gears and it turned out to be a collapsed trans filter:

This is probably not your issue, but I like to point out the easy $10 fix even if there is only a 1% probability.
