Default Going back to stock conveter with a cam?

Ok, my Vig 3200 is about to shake my car apart. I need to send it back to have it checked out and repaired if possible. With my cam, what would happen if I put my stock converter back in to run while I'm waiting for my t-56 swap. I have a month until I can put in the t-56, but my car is not driveable now and I need something to drive for a month or so. Any chance that I could run my stock converter for a little while, or would it cause too many problems?
