Default 4l60e neutral safety switch

Hey guys,
I am doing a 5.3 vortec swap into an older ford truck. Think I got the wiring figured out EXCEPT how to make my reverse lights work. I've done a lot of searching but haven't seen a solid answer yet, just bits and pieces. I have the 1 plug neutral safety switch. Can someone please tell me step by step how to wiring in the reverse lights? Please help!

Is your neutral safety switch mounted on the side of the trans with the selector shaft going through it? If not what kind of shifter and switch are you using?

Here is a wiring diagram for a 98-02 F body. The wires maybe the same, as this is just a 6 wire switch. If there is a Lite green and a brown wire there is a good chance that these are the backup light wires. Hook one of these wires to a switched 12 volts and the other to the backup lights. It doesn’t matter which one goes where.
