Red or Blue Locktite For Coverter Bolts
What is the consensus on the correct locktite for the torque converter bolts? I am afraid to use red because I want to be able to remove them without any issues.
Do the bolts have to be flanged? I was planning on using the non flanged bolts that precision industries supplied with my torque converter. They are hardened bolts but without a flange.

Blue loctite is safer!!
The red you'll have to take a torch to ever get back a loose.

I thought blue would be safer too but most of the google searching I have done says red is the way to go. I can't see how one would use the red in such a tight space. It would be hell getting the bolts off. Autozone sells converter bolts with red loctite already applied.
