Default Built 4L60E shift pressure inconsistent

My built 4L60E shift pressure "shift" is inconsistent feeling, one shift it feels good and the next at approx same RPM/speed it will feel a little soft or to hard, why is this and what can I do to get the same feeling and a more consistent shift?

Hook up a pressure gauge to the trans while driving and also log the commanded PCS current which adjusts the line pressure. Very likely the PCM is commanding different line pressures at different times. If confirmed, determine why that is and don't blame the trans.

I am not blaming anything, just want to be able to get consistent shifts. If you are correct that the PCM is commanding different, why would/does this happen?

Erratic MAF or TPS values could cause the PCM to command differently.
Or, the command might be consistent, but the PCS in the trans could be flaky.
Logging/watching the commanded PCS current will help you determine which it is.
