Default New stall upgrade need a tune?

If i have a new stall (3400) and a shift kit will a tune be required? Why or why not?

The shift kit no...its not necessarily. The stall...it will depend on the stall. Big stall yes. Small stall you may be able to get away for a little while but I would still have it tuned. The stall can throw codes and I have heard of some people having problems bouncing of the rev limiter with out a tune. My last TA I had a Yank 3600 stall. It was throwing codes and a PIA to drive without being tuned property. I got it back to the tuner ASAP.

Just saw that it was a 3400..so yeah...I would get it tuned.
