700r converter in 4l60e?
Alright so I've searched and searched and searched and cannot come up with a definitive answer. So
I picked up a tci superstreetfighter converter from a buddy for a steal and he used it in his car which had a 5.3 and a 700r setup. Im gonna use it through my a4 4l60e with a 5.3 what will I need to do it? The converter mounting holes in the flex plate are about a 1/2 off from the converter can I just dremel them out to make it fit? And will I need a flex plate spacer since it's a 700r conveter? Or can I use washers on the converter bolts?
And last does anyone know the bolt size and three tci used on the super street fighter converter? My factory bolts are the wrong size

Assuming your 4l60 came with the 5.3, the 700R converter will not work. You have what we loosely call the "LS" style of transmission and he has the "LT". Without going really deep into the reasons that have been covered here before, your answer is no it will not work.
