Will a 99 4l60e work for a 95 lt1 car??

I'm fairly certain this doesn't work. 94 and 95 are supposed to be weird years for compatibility, IIRC. And a lot of things changed over those few years, like PWM, solenoids, etc

mrvedit could tell you for certain. He's usually the one posting stuff about compatibility between years.

Correct, a '95 PCM only works properly with a '95 4L60E which has a different 3-2 downshift solenoid. Also some '95 were PWM lockup and some were not. '96+ are all PWM.
