Will the trans out of a 98envoy 4.3 fit in my 2000 z/28 both are 4l60e ?

no sir will not work..90s model up to 98 use a 298mm input shaft and a gmb29 converter(LT motors)..you need a 300mm input shaft that works for a tmbx converter(LS motors)
