Default What should the MPH shift points be with factory 3.23s on 4L60E?

I searched all over the forum and couldn't find what I was looking for.
My car is a 1998 Camaro Z28 A4 with factory 3.23 gears.
I want to know at what MPH and RPMs should my car upshift from a STOP at WOT from 1>2, 2>3 and so on.
Reason I'm asking is because I think my 1>2 gear is too short. It shifts at just little over 30 MPH to SECOND gear from a stop at WOT. Mines has the export model (250KPH) speedometer so it's kinda hard to tell at what exact "MPH" it shifts.
