Acting up after Stall
Ok. I just put a 3k stall in an 02 silverado. The truck has been turbo in the past and will be again soon, but due to putting holes in pistons, its not for right now. Anyway. With this new stall, the trans started acting funny. Under light throttle, it acts fine. But under 3/4 or wot, the thing doesn't like me. It will quickly shuttle 1/2 and flare the **** out of 3/4.
.500 boost valve, hd2, 8 clutch 3/4, wide carbon band, 5 pinions, sonnax sunshell, etc.
Could the ECU be an issue? the thing has been reflashed to factory specs, but this is probably the 50th time it's been reflashed. Would the stall be giving issues that the truck pcm is just not adept to handle in stock form?
It has thrown a couple codes in the past for the shift solenoid A, but it tested as just fine, and was replaced anyway.
Just looking for places to start looking or things I can change in the tune to get her fixed up. I don't have a pressure gauge with me but my dad does at his shop (3 hrs away) so I'll see if i can borrow it next time I travel up that way.
Thanks!

That's my thoughts as well. I'm assuming torque management because it pulls lots of timing on shifts. Are there any codes I need to tune out or anything I need to adjust specifically?

Yes, change all shift performance codes to no error reported. Those are the ones around p0750ish. Also change 0300 cause that can cause fits. I would also make other changes to various other items like lock up and pressures but thats a whole thread in itself.

Ok thanks. I've read the stickied thread on shift point tuning but didn't find much info for which codes. Will changing the setting of those codes get rid of the torque management issue?
