Default 4l80e with drum brake

Is this trans missing parts for park because of the drum on the end?

It has a Parking Pawl, You have to get up too the Allison 2000 series before you deal with "No Park"

The difference will be a Roller Output bearing, Tailhousing, & Bolt-on Yoke.....Units from medium duty trucks are usually beat up pretty bad, Unless it's from a low mileage motorhome......I'd walk unless it's really cheap.

It was out of a rack body 3500HD.
I knew that I'd need a new tailshaft and housing and yeah I was going to have it gone through anyway.
Got it for $100 so even if it needs a couple of hard parts , it's not that bad.
