What does "TCC D2D3D4 Off" and "TCC Cold Off" mean exactly?

Default What does "TCC D2D3D4 Off" and "TCC Cold Off" mean exactly?
Can see these status bits in HPTuners but cant find any info on exactly how it is controlled. Have a manual VB 80e trying to get ecu to send lockup signal so it doesnt need to be on a manual switch
