What are the signs of a bad valve on the trans? What are the signs of a bad valve on the trans? Right now the trans bogs down so hard at launch, and when crusing around then got WOT the trans takes FOREVER to shift - if it decides to shift. Its not a tuning problem, its something else so I am thinking the valve is shot.
