Did I toast my 4L60E? Video inside

While accellerating from a stop, my tranny made a loud boom and appeared to slip out of gear. I let the RPMs go down and it re-engaged. I drove the car home without any problems. That fluid has 1,000 miles on it.

No nothing wrong with launching in OD..
Not sure on your problem. When I lost sprag my car was driving like I was holding brakes till I hit 3rd gear. Then it was smooth sailing. I didn't really have reverse either.
