Push-Lok Tranny Lines?

Push-Lok Tranny Lines? Anyone know how to install them?! I am trying to get my car goin again with the fresh th-400 but i'm running into a problem with running my tranny lines! I bought push-lok and can't figure out how it goes onto the an fittings! It looks like it just pushes on, but i'm pushing like crazy and can't even get it past the first hump!! Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!!!
