Angry Transmission problem?

Hi, I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler, put in a 3.8L V-6 and a 4L60E transmission out of a 1998 Camaro and have a NP231 transfer case out of a 1993 S10 Blazer mated to it.

Have been driving the Jeep without problem for about 8 months, about a week ago when I started to drive from a dead stop I heard a loud slam/or shudder, hard to explain the noise really, when I let off the gas it stopped and when I started to accelerate again no problems.

Since then it has happened again a couple of times, always occurs after starting from a stop or shortly after I start moving and it goes away when I let off accelerater?

I did find the 2 bolts going to the transmount were loose, retightened them and it still happens.

Could this be caused by a bad transmount? Also I may sensitive to my trans. after this started happening but, it seems the downshifts are more noticeable?

Also another question, when I got my harness back I didn't hook up TCC.The guy who did my harness said this wouldn't hurt anything other than my fuel mileage true or should it be hooked up?
