Default converter change?

I have a vig 2800 that is on its way back to be restalled. I have had some thought about selling it and buying another converter. My plans right now are to restall to a 3200. I am an all bolt on with 3:73's, and a 224/.581 cam with heads in the future. If I sell what does anyone think about another verter? I was thinking PT4000, or I am hearing TCI too.

Your friend told me to come to this thread to ask you some questions. How much to you want for the converter if you restall it to 3200?

Having it restalled to a 3200 won't if any be a difference. If your going to restall it and keep it ( for the cam and heads ) have them put in a muti-disk set up and restall it to a 4000. I'm assuming your getting the free restall, so all you have to pay for is the muti-disk set up, instead of paying another 700-900 converter.

Dmoney,
I am wanting a 4000, and hear that the 3200 is actually a 3800 stall. What will I actually see out of a multi-disk.

A multidisk converter will give the converter more life and drivability. If you can't handle the looseness of a high stall, a multidisk will help out on the looseness of the converter. Running a multidisk 4000 will be ( drivability wise ) like a 3200. A single disk 4000 will run like a 4000 stall. My 3600 was a multidisk and it drove like my stock converter. Now my TCS 4200 is loose as HELL but, worth it. From what I understood from Precision Ind. ( Vig) when you send the converter for a restall it was $225 for the restall ( if you don't have the free stall ) and $375 for the multidisk upgrade.

I talked to PI, and he said that the only reason for the multi-disk, was to lock up at WOT.
