Exclamation which tranny/stall for ATI D-1SC Procharger?

I just got an ati d-1sc procharger kit dirt cheap. Im installing it in a couple weeks.
But my 4L60E just went out. Im thinking about getting the Evil tranny, stage 2 or 3, not sure which one i want yet. Also getting trans-go shift kit, tranny cooler and a stall converter. Right now im running a 10-bolt with 4.10s but plan to get a 9" after the 10-bolt goes. Im just wondering what stall converter are most guys running with the procharger setup. My car has almost all the bolt-on mods and several suspension mods. Im not at the track every weekend so a high stall converter (3800+) is overkill for me. Im thinking a TCI 2200 - 3000 stall might be a good choice, maybe a TCI 3500? The car is a daily driver. Any suggestions on which stall or any other ideas on a different tranny other than the Evil?

Time to get it back on the road.

less than a 3000 stall is a waste of money. You probably don't make any boost until 3500 rpm, so a 3600 stall would be a good starting point. Something like a Yank SS 3600 or PYE 3600 would have a tight feeling, stall up to boost, and not stretch too much under boost.

Seriously go with a SS3800 or SS4000
I have it and it feels incredibly tight. I let my friend drive it the other day who has a smaller stall/higher str and he said he couldn't believe how tight my converter is.

I think this is the perfect stall for anyone looking for sick improvements while retaining almost all stock drivability....BTW I picked up .7 with my converter

Well I just asked this question last week.

My TCI SS3500 is failing under boost. So its coming out. I have decided to go with a Vigilante Multi-Disc 3600.

Call Speed Inc they will price match anything you are looking to buy.
