How hard was it to replace the solenoid and do you have to drop the pan and valve body?
I keep getting the 1-2 shift code and sometimes the tranny will not kick down from 55 mph.

it was pretty easy, i have access to a lift which made it a lot easier, but its like 12 or so bolts, just take them out (after the engine is cooled so you dont burn yourself) let the fluid drain, and then theres the solenoids, they just pull out after you take a retaining clip out....its pretty simple.... just make sure you replace the gasket when you drop the pan
