Default Planning

I'm planning on putting a 4000 stall into my car very soon after purchasing it. After that I'm thinking about the TR 230/224 .575/.563 cam with the obvious lt headers and a catback. Would the stock tranny hold that or should I plan on beefing it up or swapping out? Sorry if this has been asked before. Thanks for any help.

stock tranni is rated at like 400 hp. your driving is what will tell you if you need to or not. i would say it would be fine for a little while as long as you dont hammer it to much. but try to build it up asap.
