It is going to depend on the clutch/band friction material as much as anything. Ask the manufacturer which they recommend.

just use the regular dexron/mercron! i have heard some good things and bad things about the b&m trickshift though. my buddy uses it and it seems to work good for him. but i do think that the trickshift was bad for the 4l60e... dont know if that makes sense or not, just that is what i thought i remembered!

I got a Coan th400 with Tbrake they say to use Amsoil synthetic.

Its $$$$$ but I guess I'm gonna use it.

I've been running B&M trickshift. I would not use B&M on a 4L60E there are certain parts that will wear out faster if you do.
