Default GTO 4L60E Difference?

I heard there are differences between the regular 4L60E and the 4L60E in the GTO. Does anybody know what they are?

Actually the 04 GTO's have a 4L60E, the 05 LS2 GTO's have the 4L65E.

I have no idea about the difference, if any, between the 04 GTO 4L60E and any other 4L60E.
