Default 4L65e /3600 stall tearing up TC Clutches

High I have a modified 4l65e with a vac modulator fitted with the Force motor removed,I have recently torn the clutches twice clogging up the works,,big bucks,,the first time the auto shop said it was locking too early destroying the clutches, so my tuner lifted lock up to 70 mph now the same thing has happened but now they say they are locking up to quickly at lockup (no slip too sudden)
So what I need to know is now that the Tuner has no control over the force motor would he be able to slow the speed pressure it locks up at?
Cheers & thanks in advance.

Well the problem is there are hundred I have spoken too the have more powerful engines than mine using the single clutch v/6 style converter that have no problems, BUT none of them are using the Modulator setup like mine
