Default Funny shifting when its cold

My car seems to have a hard time shifting into OD when its cold out. It will shift into fourth fine, but it slips, kinda like the torque converter won't lock. But after a few miles, it completes the shift. It only does it when it is cold out and the car hasn't been driven in several hours. After it warms up 10 mins or so, its fine. Could this be due to the fact that my tranny cooler is cooling the fluid too much? Fluid level looks good too. It is a fairly new transmission, replaced under warranty by GM. Any ideas?

Also, can I use Hypoy-C gear oil in my limited slip, or do I have to use standard gear oil and an LSD additive?

I'm having a very similar problem when it's cold. I can get on the gas and it'll stall at rev limit for a lil bit until it shifts out of second and the same for third. After a few minutes it won't do that, but it seems like it's needing to get warmed up before it'll act right. Any clues anybody?

You need a t-stat bypass for your transcooler... Should clear it up..
