kinda embarrassing OD questions I have no idea about anything when it comes to OD.. What it does.. how do I know if I have it, how to use it, what it's good for and what it sucks for... please enlighten me someone.

so how do I disable it? give it some throttle??? I jsut think I heard someone say it was bad for roll races. So I want to make sure I don't have it engaged when racing.
