you have it.

its an overdrive gear- makes the rpm's lower on the highway
when your car is in drive, it automatically comes on when your on the highway and not flogging it
downfall- its heavier then a 3 speed (A3)

so how do I disable it? give it some throttle??? I jsut think I heard someone say it was bad for roll races. So I want to make sure I don't have it engaged when racing.

put the car in 3rd

in stock form, you should never be able to really hurt that tranny. a roll race would be just like going to pass someone on the highway
