Default Torque Converter Install

I have a TCI torque converter ready for install, any tricks that I should know about? I have been told that I have to dremel one of holes on the flexplate or should I just buy a new one. Any help would be great.

easiest way to get to the top bellhousing bolts is to have long extensions(up to 3' worth) and go from on top of the tranny (dont try to reach from the side). magnetized sockets also help in getting the bolts out and back in.
