Default Driveshaft size needed TH400!!!!

Hey guys need some help here. Changing my m6 to a th400 short tail. I have a steel driveshaft that im going to make shorter does any one know what to cut it down to.

I would recommend taking it to a good driveline shop for this work. Needs to be balanced after it is cut down.

i was going to. Wanted them to cut it to the right size.

I believe you will need to make it longer not shorter. Its about 2-3 inches longer but you really need to measure from your output shaft to your pinion yoke. Any other way is just guessing and is risky.

Try calling summit. Inland empire driveshafts builds one for that application. Summit sells it and it might have some specs with it on their computer.
