Default What et can i expect?

When I get my car back from the shop it will have intake, exhaust, 3,73's, pcm tune, and a trans go shift kit on it. I was hoping mid 13's with traction

should be easily done, our 93 with my dad driving ran a 13.59 with intake, shortie headers, highflow cat, and a cutout.
