Default drivetrain loss??! (over stock)

Normal drivetrain loss for an A4 is about 20%, right? What is the drivetrain loss with a TC? Is it closer to 25%?

I was told by Yank, that the SS series anyway, is actually more efficient than the stock converter. Pretty sure this is not the case with all converters.

It isn't anywhere near 20, closer to 14% for a stock car. However this number doesn't always remain the same as power levels change...

Anyway a GOOD small diameter converter should remain just as good as stock, some even more I would think...I know my Yank is probably 30lbs lighter than the stock one. And that's some rotational mass I don't mind losing.
