Th400 220 - 240 degrees to hot?
I have a B&M supercooler, but it still reaches 220+ degrees at normal driving in 80 degree weather. Is this normal for a Th400, or should I get another heater. Want to say this one is a 24000K

That is too hot. What are you using to monitor the temperature? Is the trans cooler getting an adequate flow of air to it?
I would say add a second trans cooler, or replace the current one with a B&M with a fan mounted on it.
I had an issue with my transmisions getting too hot, about the same temperature as yours and eventually they all burned up.

It won,t last long at that temp.
What temp guage are you using? Are you running it through the radiator or just the aftermarket cooler?
I run a B&M Hi Tek cooler mounted in front of the radiator (no AC condenser) with AN fittings and braided lines. I run an Auto Meter pro comp tranny temp guage.
I have never seen temps over 170 with this setup. I don,t have a front bumper support and I deleted the fog lights so the cooler gets a straight shot of air.
I have a perma cool fan that came with the cooler but I am not going to need it.
Let us know how you have the cooler mounted and how its routed.
