Default e/s tranny mount. run with or without shim?

what say you!! anyone tried either way? how did it affect vibration? ive got the shim in and its good a fair vibration at about 110, its only got about 20miles on it and i know it "breaks in" , just wanna know if anyone has tried both ways.

if you mean the plate it comes with then yes, you need the plate. some people grind down the humps on the top of the mount to make the spacer plate sit more flush. I did not do this method and over time my mount has gotten less harsh on its own. remember to have the round part of the mount facing the rear of the car too.
