Default dies in any gear

alrigth ive got a porblem. i blew my first 4l60e and just put another one in (i put the new one in myself). i thought i got everything in right but now when ever i put in into any gear (R,OD,D,2,1) it kills itself. any ideas what it could be. i only had my TC (yank 4000) flushed out, not rebuilt. anything will help, thanks.

ps... is there suposed to be any vaccum lines hooked up to it?

Sounds like your tcc is applied. Probably a pump issue or a lockup solenoid that is stuck closed or plugged. I would contact your builder and tell him about the problems your having. Good luck, Vince.

i would say just like above that you tcc is engaged or you Iac is screwed...the TCC act just like a clutch in a manual trans if it is locked in it will stall
