I had a TT2800 and ended up going with a PT4000, I don't regret the change at all. I say if you are concerned with streetability then shoot for a SS3600 or so. These cars love higher converters.

the thing is i mainly do freeway driving, around 20miles a day, what about a 3200 stall. im doing around 2500 RPM at about 60-65 will the 3200 take the RPMs up higher, like i said i want a converter that can handle DAILY DRIVING and still kick *** at the track.i dont want to go higher than a 3200 stall.

I have a 4k and as soon as it locks on the highway it doesn't matter anymore.

If your going to change the converter I would go with the SS3600. These lockup converters really make living with a higher stall much easier.
I started with a Yank 3000 and it wasn't enough, I ended up with a Yank ST-3500 which is perfect for me. My car gets 27 mpg on the freeway on long trips with the mods below.

If you dirve lots of highway you're gears will hurt you more than the tc, the tc won't bother your highway milage at all. In your position I would not be reluctant to get a 3600 or even 3800. I drive all city and I'm still going with a 3400 eventually.

If you play with the Mustangs on the highway you need a lot more stall. A 3600 is about the minimum. To get any help on the 2-3 upshift takes a lot of stall.
A 3600 with 2.0 to around 2.2 would do fine. If those 19" wheels have stick tires, a 2.5 STR would work too.
