Default vig and styrofoam

just got my vig 3200 in the mail but it looks like some of the styrofoam on the packing material got melted in small parts onto the convertor, whats the best way to get this **** off???

Plug the hub with a rag. Soak another rag in acetone. Repaint in color of your choice.

I usually use scotch brite pad and a little mineral spirts or brake claean. It comes of with a little work and the paint is fine. Make sure to leave the cap on the hub while cleaning to keep debris out of the convertor. I believe the painted surface is a little sticky when it is boxed up. They really pack those boxes tight with the foam and well it sticks some times. IMO it's better than recieving a damaged tc.
