1-2 and 2-3 shifts

1-2 and 2-3 shifts I went to the track the other day and noticed that my 1-2 shift, shifts right at 6 grand with is perfect but my 2-3 shift, only shifts around 5,500rpm. The trans is a TH-350 with a B&M rebuild kit and shift kit, I put in a B&M govener recalibration kit, and adjustable modulator, I thought that it would control the shift at a certain RPM no matter what gear I was in? What do I need to do to raise my 2-3 shift to make it the same as my 1-2?

You might not be able to dial it in anymore without doing some valve body calibrating. I use to do this with some typhoon guy's that i built for. You will have to find the 2-3 shift valve and install a heavier/lighter spring in the valve line up. This trial and error as I'm sure you learned with the govenor kit. Good luck, Vince.
