Default M6 swap to a 700R4

What all do I need to complete this swap on a 1999 Z28? I have a 700R from a 1988 IROC.

that 700r4 will probably blow up just knowing that its going to be bolted to an LS1.
I wouldnt put one in, those are the weakest of the weak.

I hate to tell you but a 4L60E is just an electronically controlled 700 R4. So that wouldnt make it any less durable behind an LS1. Do a search, there is a guy named vmax1500 (I think) who runs 9's on a 700
