I put in my transgo shiftkit in the valve body but not in the servos because i could get em out from under the car. So could the servos not be strong enough for the valve body shiftkit part so they dont hold and not give me first gear? I dont know if any1 understands what im saying because i dont really know transmissions that well but i guess im wondering do you need the servo part of the shift kit to make the shiftkit work properly?

well in asuming you didnt remove the old ones so that would not be your problem if i am reading what you say right
