Default Cammed guys with stock stall

How many of you guys have a cam swap with a stock converter? I know most swap out for 32-3600 stalls but is it manditory to do it right away and how will the car behave?

May have idle issues even with a tune... it will be dog slow waiting to come into the powerband... do the stall first, the FACTORY cam needs it.

I did my cam first, stall a few hundred miles later. The car was tuned for the stock converter and the idle was fine. Only problem was trying to hold it with the foot brake at a light, wanted to pull through the brakes. Obviously I didnt realize the cams potential until I got the stall in there, that really woke it up. Ron
