Default question for Fuddle converter owners

I was just curious about approximately how long it took you to receive your torque converter after you placed an order. I ordered it on thanksgiving day (i think 13 days ago) but havn't received a tracking # for ups yet. Fuddle e-mailed me last tuesday and said it was built and being shipped out that day, and that they would have me the tracking # later that afternoon..thanks.

I'd contact asap. Had a similar thing happen to me. I was told that fedex lost the converter, whether or not that's what really happened is anybody's guess, but John built a new converter and overnighted it to me.

Mine took a couple of days, but arrived when they said. I never recieved a tracking number, but by the time a waited and then emailed to ask, it had arrived at my house.

Total turn around was about 2 weeks. Not bad considering the holidays and such.
