Default Whats causing this noise/vibration at light throttle going 65-70 MPH?

Ok I only noticed this after I put the stall in (yank 3000). When I'm going about 65-70mph, around 2000rpms, and I give it light throttle I get a vibration/clunking sound from the tranny. It kinda feels like the car is missing, when I give it more gas it will downshift and it goes away. It only occurs when the car is in overdrive. Is this something converter related that I can fix with tuning or could it be the 3-4 clutch pack going out?
I read that it could be related to missfires causing the converter to unlock and that raising the missfire count could fix it. What does everyone think?? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Brad

Default

drive shaft angle, exhaust in a bind, poly trans mount or a poly T/A bushing and drive shaft not installed in the same location can be the cause, as well as tuning or a damaged O 2 sensor
recheck all of the areas
