Default how do you remove this

OK im changing tranny filter on a 98 ta well how to you go about getting the replacement neck gasket out of the hole it wont budge for me any ideas

generally unless the seal is hard its best not to change it, it difficult its actually knocked in like a seal its metal around the outside.

what he said... or you have to get a little pick and try to bend a side in so you can grab it and pull it out with some needle nose

i got it out finally i hacksawed it in half it was a pian in the butt and ya the rubber feel apart on me only reason i cahnged it
